What is a DRP?
DRP stands for Direct Repair Program. A DRP is an agreement between an insurance company and an auto body shop, where the insurance company directs work to the shop in return for concessions that the insurance company may want, which may include using aftermarket or used parts, cheaper materials, and skipping certain procedures. The DRP shops try to save the insurance companies money by using any short cuts the insurance companies’ demand, so the insurance companies will send them more business.
We at Set It Off do not sacrifice on quality and it shows in our work. We don’t give discounts to the insurance companies so that any savings can be passed on to you - the customer.
