I got into an accident and needed to get my car in ASAP as I drive frequently and long distances for work. I live in the Superior/Broomfield area and called about 10 places that said they couldn’t get me in for an estimate for over a month with work not starting for two to three months. I was referred to Set It Off by a friend after hearing my struggle and I am so grateful! Not only did they make time for me to come by for an estimate the day I called, they also had me dropping off my car only a week later and the work was complete in another 2 weeks, having everything done before most places would have given initial estimates. My car looks GREAT and the employees are knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. They answered questions I had about my car insurance, called to update me on the status along the way, and even helped me return my rental car. Good customer service is few and far between these days, but I was truly impressed. God forbid I have any more car wrecks, I will be going back here if I do. Highly recommend!

My car got rear ended and Set it Off Paint and Body attempted to fix it but the insurance company decided my car need to be salvaged. In the process of my car being with Set it Off Paint and Body I spoke to both Amanda and Christian many times. They were sooooooo helpful and are just exceptional at what they do. Amanda especially went above and beyond and helped me with so many things like getting what I am due from the car insurance and so kindly answered my one thousand questions. I would gladly bring my car back here again because customer service just is not THIS GREAT anywhere. We are sending a second car to them soon. I am sure you will not be disappointed if you send your car to Set it Off Paint and Body as they are so so helpful. I cannot speak for the work on my car as nothing was done but I can say they definitely KNEW what they were doing and talking about and I think all the other great reviews on here speak for themselves about how great this body shop is! 🙂

Josh (the owner) and his crew were incredible start to finish. When I was involved in an accident back in December of 22 I looked around and choose Set It Off based on their many great reviews. Every time I called and spoke with Amanda she was honest about where they were in the process, how long the repairs might take and very kind. We took our truck in to Set If Off Paint and Body since someone in the neighborhood ran into the driver side door and front panel. Amanda was so pleasant to work with – she made this whole process so quick and easy and almost painless! My vehicle desperately needed weatherstripping, because when it rained, water was leaking and pooling INSIDE the car! My long-time mechanic recommended Set It Off, and it proved to be an excellent referral. The good folks at Set It Off Paint and Body promptly ordered parts, got me right in, and fixed things up beautifully. Plus they were conscientious, professional, and friendly. Then my headlight covers developed terrible oxidation (that I tried to fix myself and it just made them much worse), and the day before my trip they squeezed me in and got me squared away. They are great, just great ... highly recommend.

The crew at Set it Off are phenomenal! My Land Cruiser was badly damaged after another vehicle blew a red light and hit me. The insurance company of the at-fault driver tried to bully me into using one of their "preferred" shops, where the insurance company gets a cut of the claim amount. Instead, I went Set It Off and I couldn't be happier. It's obvious that they care about their customers and their work. They went to bat for me, dealing directly with predatory the insurance company, making sure the costs of using quality OEM parts were covered! Communication with Set It Off was incredible and they routinely kept me clipped in on the progress of repairs. My truck is special to me and I knew it was in good hands with Set It Off!

This was my first experience with an auto body shop. I had $13k worth of hail damage to my new car! Shelby and all of the guys made this experience smooth (for me!) There were a lot of hiccups in terms of parts coming in damages, or back order. However, Shelby went to bat for me with all of the part vendors and the insurance company. I took my BMW 328-i here for some repair from a rear-end collision a few weeks ago. The folks that work here are extremely competent, very friendly, their prices were quite reasonable, and unlike other body shops in the area with comparable Google reviews (there aren't many w/ such high ratings), I was able to set up an appointment w/in a matter of days (vs. 1.5 months as an alternative from another shop that got comparable ratings). The quality of work was excellent. I also appreciated continuous updates w.r.t. overall changes in costs/estimate as the work was ongoing.

Wow - I can’t say enough great things about the group at Set It Off. We got in an accident that did a pretty large amount of damage to our car (fortunately no one was hurt!) the down side was our insurance wasn’t going on to cover anything so it all was coming out of pocket. The staff here was incredible with doing their best to get the work done quickly while also keeping in mind we were paying out of pocket. They also were so great at keeping us up to date with the status of the repairs each week. Our car now looks brand new and runs even better than before! These guys are excellent. I went to multiple places for estimates on a rear bumper replacement after an accident. Estimates ranged from $1000 to $1800. McCormick Automotive Center recommended I check this place out and I am very happy that I did. Shelby was cordial, professional, and expedient. Not only was her estimate the lowest one by far, they were also able to do my repair the soonest (within two weeks). Even after finding damage to the absorber behind the bumper, they repaired and painted everything within two days as they were proactive with getting parts even before my scheduled appointment. The final price was within $100 of the original estimate, and it was still hundreds of dollars cheaper than any other place. The bumper looks perfect. 10/10 would go here again (though hopefully I won't need to...).

Fantastic auto-body shop! They did incredible work to repair our 2002 VW Eurovan -- not an easy vehicle to source parts on or repair. They worked great with the insurance company involved as well. We all know any kind of auto repair can often be a stressful, tedious and time consuming process. However, from my first trip to Set It Off to my last, they have been nothing but excellent, easy and great to work with. My truck was recently hit by the hail storm and needed quite a bit of repairs to fix the damage. I went straight to Set It Off for a quote and they worked seamlessly with my insurance even though its a small insurance shop out of state. Shelby was also able to answer any questions or concerns I had and explain the process, repairs and timeline before any work had begun putting me at ease. When I dropped my truck off to begin the repair I had no doubt or stress in my mind that they would handle the repairs and have my truck back to me when they said they would. Shelby kept me updated throughout the entire process with each repair, letting me know the work that was being done and quickly answered the phone and helped me with any questions I had anytime I called. I even called minutes before they closed one day and she picked right up and made sure my question was answered before we were off the phone. I'll continue to bring my truck here for every body shop need I have due to the great work, stressless and easy going customer service and for their ability to get great work done on time!

These guys are like the doctor. You're really glad to have them fix everything, but you'd rather never have to see them again. AMAZING! I cannot express how amazing this business and their employees are. I was rear ended and the insurance company of the person who hit me was horrible - horrible. Shelby was extremely sympathetic and helpful. She worked with me over the course of three weeks to fully outline all my options, and even drove me to work the day I dropped my car off since I didn't have another ride. This whole situation with the car was extremely bad luck on my end and they ended up reducing the price of a lot of the work so I wouldn't have to pay that much out of pocket.After the accident I was unable to close the lid of my trunk, and at the body shop they took the rear end apart and after everything was settled with insurance I asked them to put it back together. I was fully expecting this to take a couple of days, and have to tie down the trunk. But instead they put the car back together that same day and even went out of their way to fix the trunk lid so it could close and reopen - completely usable! Again amazing business and I cannot express that more.
